. The fog, rain, snow & mist helped to create the mood for this image.
. My stroll through the Allentown Rose Garden.
. Then I saw the beautiful fog on the water and finally the starbursts through the trees with the reflection in the water.
. In order to capture the full dynamic range of the scene, I had to take a series of bracketed shots. The other challenge was that there was ice all along the different paths.
. This was photographed just prior to all of the snow storms we received. I wanted to catch a small vignette a portion of the arch and of course the reflection caught my eye.
. I am fortunate that he has allowed me to photograph at his studio and to have done many workshops here also. In this series of work, I employed the camera’s Live Composite mode to create the painterly effect in the sky.
. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of this one. I knew this was a shot I might print large. So I shot it using the camera’s High Res mode. I can do this handheld with the camera IS. Stay tuned for more images and ultimately the video.
