A couple of weeks ago, I had the wonderful opportunity to hear and photograph a performer I had never seen perform before. Her name is Lynnie Godfrey and what a joy it was. Her voice took total command of the sold out crowd at the Jazz Cabaret at Miller Symphony Hall. If this woman doesn’t move you, you’re probably not breathing.
