I enjoy shooting B&W myself and miss those days of black and white newspaper work. Not necessarily the chemistry and such, but the crafting of images using film, maybe a filter, the processing for contrast or not and then the printing on flat or a harder contrast paper. As today, one can kind of preplan how to proceed in making an image but the magic of black and white in a darkroom is just magical. jerry
