Back in September (2010) I had to opportunity through Dan’s to photograph at the Clover Hill Winery with Lou Mana. As many of you know I am an Olympus shooter (as is Lou) and I had been waiting for some time to get my hands on the announced E-5 DSLR. The rep from Olympus was there and he allowed me to borrow the prototype model he had with him. The reason I mention all of this is to explain why I am now just posting these images. Up until a few weeks ago Adobe did not have the RAW converter available for the E-5 and now you know why I am just sharing these images. As a post script, I now own the E-5 and I can tell you it is one amazing piece of equipment.

A few days ago I was in Philly trying to capture the essence of the city. I was fortunate to have a great day as far as the wether was concerned. Frank Rizzo was there to greet us (kind of).

Friday evening I was treated to a very nice surprise. We were attending First Friday in South Bethlehem at the Banana Factory when I noticed the 2011 Bethlehem Calendar in the gift shop. Several months ago, they asked me if I would like to donate an image for there fund raiser. Unbeknownst to me, they used one of my images on the front cover of the of the calendar. This is the image:

We took a last minute “get away” to Cape May this past weekend and were treated to a delightful array of post fall & pre Christmas activities. To top it all off the weather was perfect for November.

This past weekend was one of the nicest in November and fortunately I (along with my good friends Brad & Betsy) had a trip planned to head to Lancaster County in the heart of Amish country. Because it was so nice there were more people out than would normally be the case for this time of the year.

InVision 2010 has come and gone. This past weekend (November 5, 6 & 7) was such an amazing time. World class photographers, the likes of John Isaac, Larry Fink, Nick Nichols, Peter van Agtmael, Russell Hart, Alex Webb and Rebecca Webb to name a few all convening in Bethlehem, PA at ArtsQuest’s Banana Factory. Friday evening was the opening and later that night we hosted an impromptu party at our home. It was great fun to have such diversity of skills, backgrounds and personalities all in one place. Jamming

Last weekend (10/29 & 10/30) was the annual photography expo, pdn PhotoPlus. The event is held every year at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. This is the one place where you will find most of the well know pros and almost any imaginable photography product. Of course, you would not go there without some camera equipment. After the festivities concluded Friday evening, I thought I would take a stroll over to Times Square. The following are some of the results of that stroll:
