I had the opportunity to travel to Poland, a little over a week ago, with my wife and 15 high school students from our church. Our work project was in the town of Lodz (I plan to share some of the project work images soon). Prior to arriving in Lodz, we were able to schedule a day trip to Auschwitz. This is place every human being in the world should see. Words can not explain the impact of this place. Nor can any one photograph depict the pain and suffering that must have occurred. I purposely produced these images in black & white. That is how my mind saw this place.

Olympus Presentation
I was invited by my good friend Dave Willard to do a lunch time presentation today for the Olympus Camera Club at their North American Corporate Headquarters in Center Valley, PA. The facility is beautiful and the presentation room was full with like-minded people. It was especially enjoyable from the standpoint that I shoot with Olympus equipment. All of this was great! But there was another highlight to this presentation. Unbeknownst to me, a very very special guest showed up for my presentation. A world-class photographer, my mentor, a wonderful human being and person I am privileged to call my friend – John Isaac!!! His website is www.johnisaac.com .
