The Color of Lavender

Last weekend I traveled to place called Carousel Lavender Farm. During the course of the shoot, you couldn’t help but be hypnotized by the aroma and the sights.  For the macro shots, I used the Olympus micro fourthirds  60mm f2.8 lens. It is a brilliant piece of equipment. All images were taken with the Olympus OM-D E-M1.

4th of July Rain Hike

I debated with my self this morning. It was raining – stay inside or brave the elements. I made the decision to grab the Olympus TG-850 and head outside. I wasn’t disapointed.

Mother’s Day Flowers

The benefits of hosting Mother’s Day at your home is that you end up with a nice variety of flowers. With a few hours to spare before the guests arrive, I was able to do some capture these images.

Lock Ridge Furnace Park & Blue Bells… Well, Not Really

I was told this was a great time to photograph the “Blue Bells” at Lock Ridge Furnace Park in Alburtis, PA. Well, we had a slight change in plans. It turns out, they are not Blue Bells but Grape Hyacinth aka Muscari. That aside, they were at their peak and the photo shoot worked out well.
